Vinyl Fabric

Vinyl Fabric (or polyvinyl chloride) is a synthetic material consisting of a polymer mixture of rubber, resin, glue, paint and plastic. Vinyl fabric is smooth to the touch, similar in appearance and texture to Leather.

Benefits of vinyl fabric:

  • strength and durability;
  • elasticity and light weight;
  • moisture resistance;
  • heat resistance and refractory properties;
  • immunity to ultraviolet;
  • inoxidability.

Disadvantages of vinyl fabric:

  • after disposal does not decompose completely;
  • decomposition products are toxic.

Vinyl fabric can be used in a wide variety of industries from consumer goods to construction. Vinyl is used in the manufacture of: jackets and raincoats, raincoats, sportswear, special tourist and fishing shoes, wallpaper, stretch ceilings, awnings, tents, and advertising banners.
